CHAMBER ORCHESTRA ANKARA BRASS PHILARMONIC by Erden Bilgen
The Turkish Brass Philharmonic Orchestra, which includes well-known and enthusiastic works that leave a mark on the society in its concerts, was founded in 2015 by Erden Bilgen and leading musicians of Turkey with whom he has worked for many years.
It hosts many valuable musicians from all over the country, from the Presidential and Bilkent Symphony Orchestra, Ankara Opera Orchestra, our State Symphony Orchestras to Borusan Philharmonic, from our Istanbul and Antalya State Opera Orchestras to our Conservatory Orchestras.
The brass wind and percussion instrument ensembles established by all developed countries today in order to display their economic, cultural and moral power, to preserve the spirit of unity and solidarity, the joy and enthusiasm of life, have inspired the establishment, protection and survival of Turkish Empires throughout history.
The Turkish Brass Philharmonic is also one of the most developed examples of our mehter music tradition in our country and in the world. The orchestra members are composed of artists who are devoted to their professions and who still represent our country with outstanding success both at home and abroad.
